More than ten years ago, we began developing an idea that was still ahead of its time. Digitalization promised progress. And it delivered—in data, efficiency, and speed. Over the years, I’ve observed him—as a journalist, a filmmaker, a media trainer for executives, and a director working with hundreds of people who were in front of a camera for the first time—and I’ve come to understand this one core truth: trust is what needs to be preserved, and it develops between people. Not between data points. I know when that moment arises. And when it doesn’t. I know how viewers perceive things.
